Peter Lynn is the Managing Director of Parkmont Real Estate, an independent investment and advisory platform operating across Irish and UK real estate markets.

Prior to establishing Parkmont in 2025, Peter spent 12 years at Hines, one of the world's foremost real estate investment firms, rising to Managing Director Ireland — a senior leadership role overseeing Irish acquisitions, city centre re-development projects, asset management, financing and investor relations across the full investment cycle.

During his tenure at Hines, Peter led and managed transactions representing over €1.0bn of activity across office, retail, residential, PBSA and mixed-use assets. Landmark projects included the redevelopment of Central Plaza on Dame Street and the acquisition and asset management of Chatham & King, among others. Prior to joining Hines in London, Peter worked in real estate capital markets at Societe Generale Investment Bank and Hodes Weill.

Parkmont was established to deploy that institutional-grade experience and deep market knowledge, at the principal level — advising owners on complex transactions, development or commercialisation of existing real estate assets.

Current clients and partners include institutions, real estate private equity firms and family offices. Peter is based in Dublin, Ireland.
